What's New

Agreement menu entry

You can now access the master list of all agreements that you and your team created on Deal via the new Agreements entry in the navigation bar. From there you can search for any agreement and apply filters to display the information needed by agreement managers. You can also directly create an agreement from this page without the obligation to link it to a specific opportunity.

Opportunity custom view creation

A new button called Create custom view, allows you to create a custom view on the opportunity master list and the dashboard page directly from the All views menu.

Opportunity view unsaved changes

Every time you edit an existing view by changing the columns, the filters, the sorting order, or the number of results per page, a new Unsaved label appears next to the view name to warn you about these unsaved changes so that you make sure to save them. To do so, click the ellipsis icon next to the view name and select Saves changes.

Opportunity link in evaluations

When you're on an evaluation page and want to check the related opportunity, the clickable link now opens in a new internet tab, instead of replacing the evaluation page. This way you can easily navigate between the evaluation and the opportunity to check the relevant information.

Design of automatic emails

Following our rebranding as Inpart, we're progressively aligning the design of Deal with our new branding to reflect this new identity. This includes new background colors and other elements of all the automatic emails sent by the application.

What's Fixed

Opportunity count on the master list of opportunities

We fixed an incorrect opportunity count display that was impacted by the improvements on the opportunity view (see January 23, 2024 delivery https://product-updates.inpart.io/announcements/january-23-2024-release-digest).

Opportunity count inside initiatives

We fixed an inconsistency between the two count displays of opportunities in initiatives when one opportunity was deleted and the count wasn't properly updated in one of the count.

Code name column in the main list of opportunities

We fixed a display error impacting the Codename column in the main list of opportunities.

Contact export

We fixed an issue where some contacts were missing in the export of all contacts.

Opportunity export by Contributor users

We removed the possibility for Contributor users to export opportunities, as they're not allowed to do so.

Mobile version display

We fixed some display issues impacting the user interface of the mobile version of the application.

Access to advanced search

In the quick search, we fixed an issue when, once you added text and hit enter, nothing happened, when you should normally be redirected to the advanced search and a search should be performed with the text entered.

Display in the Opportunity type configuration section of Workflows on the Administration page

We fixed various minor issues impacting the display of the Opportunity type configuration section of Workflows on the Administration page.

Moving a renamed opportunity to a different initiative error

We fixed an issue where the wrong error message was displayed when trying to move an opportunity with the same name and company. The correct error message is the following: Moving failed. The destination initiative already contains an opportunity with the same asset and company.

We're making available in the Opportunity Portal some new fields that have been added to Inpart Deal:
