What's New
Track Agreements
Keep track of the agreements signed with your partners and get an overview of the collaboration status and terms directly from the opportunity pages.
As the management of the agreements is integrated into your opportunities evaluation process, it is easy to get a quick overview of the relevant CDAs (Confidential Disclosure Agreements) directly from your opportunities and, more generally, of the types of active agreements related to your projects.
Import Meetings (for conferences not supported by the Inpart Event integration)
After attending major partnering events like BIO Europe, import up to 500 meetings all at once into Deal. All the meeting details, contacts, and companies will be automatically created to accelerate your conference follow-up.
Configure Additional Opportunity Fields
Customize the opportunity pages to suit your needs with a library of additional fields. We offer a large number of fields which cover the following topics:
Opportunity management: opportunity assessment, financials, internal organization, and project management.
Asset information (for opportunities with a pharma asset only): scientific classification and pharma assessment.
To enable those fields, please reach out to your CSM at Inpart. Once the fields are enabled, Manager users with Business Admin rights can configure the field titles and descriptions, and manage list values.
What's Enhanced
New Therapeutic Areas field in the opportunity pages
You can now track the therapeutic area in the Pharma asset section of the Asset tab. This way, you're able to easily filter the opportunities based on this information in the main list of all opportunities and on the Dashboard page. Manager users with Business Admin right can edit the list of values contained in this field via the Administration page, in the Pharma asset classification section of the Asset fields tab.
Extended information in the Evaluate Pharma Extended Profiles
The Evaluate Pharma Extended Profiles for assets available on the opportunity pages now display two links.
Detailed Pipeline in evaluate Pharma, in the Overview section.
Detailed predictions in Evaluate Omnim, in the Indication-level predictions section.
Capacity increase of the opportunity export
The capacity of the opportunity export has been increased to allow you to export up to 1,000 records at the same time, instead of 500 previously.
What's Fixed
Contacts creation in meetings
The possibility to create contacts when creating a meeting or managing access to meetings was momentarily unavailable and is now available again.
