October 28, 2025 Release Digest
Delivery time: Tuesday, October 28, 2025, 7:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. CET.
Impact: During this maintenance window, Inpart Deal, the Outlook add-in, the Opportunity Portal, and the Admin Center will be briefly unavailable.
Version 4.13.0
What's new
Evaluate multiple assets within the same opportunity
You can now add more than one asset to an existing opportunity to evaluate multiple assets without duplicating information in several opportunities. Here are the following changes made to Deal to enable this improvement:
The Details tab of the opportunity pages has been rearranged to fit the new functionality:
All fields related to one asset are now grouped into a single section named after the asset name, and the layout of the configurable fields is kept but condensed in the section. Each asset has its own separate section.
Each asset has its own status, with similar values to the opportunity status. However, the asset and opportunity statuses are working independently for now.
A new Add asset button has been added on top of the asset sections.
The database icon has been moved into each asset section to display the information specific to each asset.
The opportunity export now contains two tabs in the Excel file. One Opportunities tab for the general information about the opportunity and the main asset, and one Assets tab with all the assets information.
In the opportunity hub, the asset fields available in the filters are those related to the main asset.
The Distribution histogram on the Dashboard page now displays the asset count, and not the opportunity count anymore.
More improvements to this new functionality will come in the coming months:
Logic interactions between the assets and the opportunity statuses will be enabled for automated updates.
The one-pager export and the opportunity activity stream will be updated to support multiple assets.
Contributor users will be able to manage multiple assets on the opportunity they own (adding, duplicating, and removing assets).

What's enhanced
See related agreement names on the obligation and milestone pages
You can now view the agreement name directly on the obligation and milestone pages to identify where each obligation comes from and keep context clear, even when accessing obligations from outside the agreement hub.
Responsible party renamed External party in obligations
The field called Responsible party in obligation pages is always displaying the external party, so we renamed it External party.
Add contact button renamed Create contact in opportunity, agreement, and alliance pages
In the Contacts tab of opportunity, agreement, and alliance pages, when there is no contact added yet, you either have the possibility to add existing contacts by using the blue Add button on the top-right of the tab, or to create a new contact by using the Add contact button in the middle. Consequently, we renamed this button Create contact to be consistent with the intended action.
What's fixed
We fixed several minor issues where:
The side panel couldn't close when opening a related opportunity in the alliance pages.
The contact count wasn't properly updating when adding new contacts to company pages.
The first lines of the notes in the meeting pages were cut off when they were too long.
The database icon was sometimes not displayed in the Linked to Inpart Data column on the company hub.
