What's new
Add companies linked to external databases across the platform
You can now add companies from the Cortellis and Pharmaprojects databases when creating a company, a contact, or a meeting.
Keep asset companies in sync when updating an opportunity's company
When you change the company on an opportunity, you are now prompted to apply the same change to all linked assets. You can choose to update all assets at once or keep their existing companies unchanged.
Your hub filters and columns are remembered between navigations
You can now switch between hubs without losing your current filters, column settings, search, or view. Your settings reset when you refresh the page, log out, or close the internet tab.
Search agreements by ID, title, or company when linking them
You can now find agreements to link by searching their ID, title, or company name.
See agreement categories in list views
A new Category column is now available in the agreement hub and on alliance pages. The filter previously labeled Type has been renamed Category and Type for clarity.
See company tags in the opportunities hub
A new Company tags column is available in the opportunities hub, showing tags from the main company and related companies. Tags are also included in exports and one-pagers.
New custom fields available for opportunities, assets, agreements, and alliances
For Deal Advanced plan users
A new set of fields can be configured across opportunities, assets, agreements, and alliances. All new fields are available in exports and advanced search.
Opportunity: Internal Record Flag, Agreement Extension needed?, Project Start Date, Extension End Date, Funding Call, Project Site, Partner Type, Employment Type, Funding & Support Type, Employment Duration (months), Project Budget Line, Extension Reason, Program Reference ID, Internal Champion, External Tracker Reference.
Asset: Network value, Treatment optimisation solution.
Agreement: Agreement sub-type, Partner Type, Partner based in UK, Internal team involved, Access to cohorts.
Alliance: Asset stage at acquisition, Partner Type, Invoice process, Project code.

What's fixed
The last used initiative is now consistently pre-selected when creating an opportunity, regardless of where you navigate from.
The Milestone column in the obligation hub now correctly displays milestone names when obligations are linked to one.
Exports no longer fail when records contain special characters in URL or text fields.
The Source field in opportunity discovery now correctly returns matching results as you type.
