What's New

Contact and Company Duplicates Merge Tool

You can now merge company or contact records to remove duplicates and maintain better data quality.

A notification about potential duplicates will be displayed at the top of your contact or company page so that you can effortlessly identify and resolve duplicates.

API for Power BI

For Microsoft Power BI users, we now provide an API to integrate with Inova Next Generation. This integration allows you to retrieve data from your Inova account in Power BI to leverage advanced analytics and perform customized reporting.

Please contact your CSM at Inova to install the API and enable the integration.

Opportunity Summary Templates

Customizable templates are now available to help you structure the Summary of opportunities. For instance, the template can indicate what information needs to be added and in what order. A template is linked to an asset type (Pharma, Technology, Organization, Consumer Health), so you can select one template to be applied to all the opportunities of an initiative of that asset type. You can add multiple templates for each asset type depending on your needs.

We've added a Templates tab to gather all templates used in the application. This tab includes one section for the opportunity summary templates and will have more sections to come.
