What's New
Agreement additional fields
Efficiently track all important information about your agreements thanks to 34 new additional fields. These fields can be hidden or shown according to your needs, they can also be renamed and set up to fit your internal process. Additionally, you can choose to show those fields for all agreement types or only the relevant ones.
Please contact your Customer Success Manager at Inpart to enable and configure your agreement fields.
Company export
Export lists of companies and share them with your team to improve your reporting capabilities. You can either export all companies or only the ones that match the filters and select the fields you want for more accurate reporting.

Opportunity overview
Reorganized field groups: The opportunity overview has been restructured to group fields more intuitively and give you greater flexibility to order your fields according to your preferences.
Visibility of empty fields: Empty fields are now visible, offering a clearer understanding of all available fields and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
Codename placement: The Codename field has been relocated to the opportunity title, aligning with its common use as a short name for opportunities. To edit it, click the ellipsis menu at the top-right of the page and select Edit.
Opportunity document manager
Files count: Each folder now displays a count chip, offering an instant overview of its contents, including attachments and subfolder items, improving your control over your digital workspace.
Files flat view: You can now either display the list of all files and emails in a flat view to facilitate your search or display the folder view. In the flat view, the file's location is indicated in an additional column.
Folder display options: You can now add or remove columns to display relevant information and increase the number of files displayed on the page.
Agreement filters
We added the following options on the agreement filter panel to allow easier reporting: Created by, Created date, Modified by, and Modification date.
