Agreement export
Export lists of agreements and share them with your team to improve your reporting capabilities.
Opportunity page layout
Opportunity status update: Leverage the new Status update field at the top of the opportunity Overview tab to provide a clear, concise update to your team. This new field helps you streamline communication and reduce the need for unnecessary back-and-forth update requests. It can serve as the focal point during project status update meetings.
Opportunity On-hold and Declined statuses: The opportunity status details section, previously in the Overview tab, has been relocated to the top of the opportunity page so that you can easily find the reason why the opportunity is currently on hold or declined.
What's Enhanced
Opportunity document manager
Filter files: Quickly find the document you're looking for in an opportunity by filtering its attachments on the flat view. Quick filters include the file type (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, image) and if it's marked as important. You can also apply more advanced filters such as upload date, uploaded by, etc.
Add and display short file descriptions: Save the hassle of opening each document to know what it's about, just read the brief description.
File size
The maximum file size has been increased from 25MB to 100MB to allow you to upload heavier documents to the platform.
Opportunity export
The Therapeutic areas and Territories fields have been included in the opportunity Excel export to provide more detailed reporting.
Agreement filters on additional fields
You can now filter agreements based on the additional fields contained in the Details and Financial sections, to get more advanced filtering options.
