What's new

Create internal contacts

Create and assign internal contacts with defined roles to meetings and opportunities, providing a clear view of colleagues' involvement to streamline communication and drive progress.

A few changes have been made to the Administration page to operate internal contacts: The Workflows tab has been renamed Platform to better align with its functionalities, and the General settings section under the Integrations tab has been moved to this new Platform tab for improved accessibility and logical organization. Under this General settings section, you can now find a new row called My company. This is where you can define your company name for all internal contacts. By default, the company name is your company ID displayed in your Deal URL.

Important: To change existing contacts in the platform into internal contacts, open the contact page, click Edit, toggle the My company button, and confirm. This action can't be reversed.
