Lead Space becomes Inova Next Generation

An Important Product Announcement Regarding Lead Space

First off, we’d like to thank you for being an early supporter of Lead Space. As many of you know, we’ve been hard at work building our Next Generation platform. Early this year, we made the decision to build the new Inova Partnering Platform directly from Lead Space.

We made this product decision because Lead Space is built on the latest technology, existing customers would benefit from the enhancements, and we could deliver the Next Generation platform faster to customers.

“What does this mean for me?”

As an existing Lead Space customer, you’ll gain extra benefits from the platform. With more features and functionality, you’ll be able to maximize your investment in the platform.

Together with greater simplicity, collaboration, and data capabilities – the platform will cover additional use cases and enable you to do even more.

“How do I get the upgrade?”

We release product updates regularly. Simply, log in to the platform as usual. When updates are available, a pop-up message will appear at the top of the page asking you to update your application version. Click Update and start using the new features.

“When will the platform start to enhance?”

Starting October 5th, you’ll see substantial changes within the platform such as the introduction of meetings, new lead types, a more intuitive menu, and more.

We’ll have another round of considerable changes on November 3rd. After this date, you can expect regular monthly enhancements.

“How will I learn about the new features?”

The Product team has already conducted a meeting with each customer point-of-contact to review and explain all major product updates for October and November. If you have any questions, you can contact your CSM directly.

Furthermore, there will be in-app messages to inform users of important product updates directly within the platform. These in-app messages will include links to help articles and how-to videos.
