What's new
[Beta] Fields visibility conditioned to the opportunity type
For Deal Advanced plan users
Display only relevant fields on opportunity pages based on their type (in-licensing, out-licensing, investment, etc.). This will make it easier for users to complete the opportunity page and, therefore, improve data entry in the platform.
This functionality is only available for configurable fields.
Beta features are made to try new features and send feedback before their official release. Please contact your CSM at Inpart if you wish to enable the beta mode on your Deal platform and try these features.
[Beta] Mandatory fields for opportunities
For Deal Advanced plan users
Define mandatory fields to be filled in based on the opportunity type (in-licensing, out-licensing, investment, etc.) to ensure important information is consistently recorded across opportunities. The mandatory fields apply to new or existing opportunities.
This functionality is only available for configurable fields.

What's enhanced
Limitation of shared views deletion to Business admin users only
To avoid users deleting list views (of opportunities, agreements, etc) that have been shared with them for reporting, we restricted their deletion to users with Business admin rights only. This will ensure more consistent reporting tools across all users.
[Beta] One-pager improvements
The one-pager export has been improved to provide enriched reports with linked meetings, opportunities, and agreements.
Configurable fields displayed for opportunity with no opportunity type defined
For Deal Advanced plan users
Configurable fields are now displayed for all opportunities, with or without the opportunity type defined (in-licensing, out-licensing, investment, etc).
