What's new
[Beta] Agreement one-pager reports
[This feature offers a default PowerPoint template in the Deal Essential plan, and custom templates in the Deal Advanced plan]
In addition to opportunity, company, and meeting one-pagers, you can now generate one-pagers for agreements. One-pager reports are designed for easy review and seamless sharing with stakeholders. They enhance efficiency and ensure key insights are shared effortlessly across your team.

[Beta] Obligation improvements
Change obligation owner
The obligation owner can now be modified. By default, it will remain as the agreement owner, but it will always be editable. During the creation process, if the owner is modified for one obligation, the change will be remembered for the creation of subsequent obligations.Multiple and duplicate creations of obligations
When creating a new obligation, the former Save and Close button has been renamed Save and create new with added dropdown options to facilitate multiple creations of obligations:Save and create new creates the current obligation and opens a new blank form with default values.
Save and duplicate creates the current obligation and opens a new form with all values unchanged to create a duplicate.
Easier obligation editing with document view
To make obligation editing easier when editing an obligation from the obligations list, the obligation now opens with the agreement on the left and the creation form to be edited on the right.
[Beta] Task and contact tracking in opportunity one-pagers
[For Deal Advanced plan users only]
Track more information in the opportunity one-pagers for enhanced reporting:
Tasks with states (In progress, Started, Skipped, Completed) and key dates (Start date, Skip date, Completion date, Due date), ensuring comprehensive visibility. Tasks are intelligently ordered: open tasks are prioritized by state and due date, while completed tasks are sorted by completion date.
Contacts related to the opportunity, including their full name, their role, and whether they are key contacts.
[Beta] Enhanced opportunity one-pager default template
The opportunity status update and next steps now replace the asset description in the one-pager for more relevant reporting information.
Default task description
Business Admin users can now add descriptions to default tasks related to specific workflow stages from the Administration page. This allows users to have more context to perform the task diligently.
State and Zip codes for company and contact details
In addition to the Address and City fields, you can now record more details in the State and Zip code new fields in the company and contact pages.
What's fixed
Export column display
When exporting opportunities, agreements, companies, or meetings from Deal, the columns in the exported Excel file are in the column order displayed in the platform.
Other fixes
The following issues have been fixed:
Company not deleted after being merged into another one.
In a private Initiative, users could not give opportunity ownership to a group member of an authorized group.
The preview of the agreement's main document didn't work.
