What's new
Give groups access to initiatives, opportunities, agreements, alliances, and folders instead of adding users one by one
You can now grant access to restricted initiatives, opportunities, agreements, alliances, and folders to an entire group of users at once, instead of adding each person individually. Group memberships, removals, and deletions are managed from the Administration page by your Customer Success Manager, with everyone's access adjusting automatically as groups change.
Set alliance visibility on creation
You can now define whether an alliance is Public or Private directly in the creation form, and add users or groups to its access list before it's even created.
What's enhanced
Duplicate warning on opportunity creation
You can now see a duplicate warning as soon as a matching company and asset are entered while creating an opportunity, regardless of which initiative you select.
What's fixed
External contact details in side panel
The Details section for external contacts in the side panel view now displays and updates correctly, which previously stayed empty and blocked edits.
