What's new
View deals from Evaluate Pharma data on opportunity and company profiles
For users with Extended Evaluate Pharma profiles
Enhance your analysis and streamline your research with quicker access to critical transaction insights. You can now view the list of deals made by a company or when scoping a specific asset directly within the Evaluate Pharma profile, in the Database side panel of opportunity and company pages.
What's enhanced
Edit the company on existing opportunities
You can now change the company linked to an opportunity after it’s been created to adapt quickly to changes without starting over, and link assets to the correct company. This can be useful in case of acquisitions, merges or spin-outs.
Enhance agreement and obligation classification with new categories and options to edit or delete default types
We reorganized and added more agreement categories to better fit your processes: Licensing agreement, Confidentiality agreement, Master agreement, Material transfer agreement, Research agreement, Fellowship agreement, Consultancy agreement, Other.
Additionally, you can now edit or delete the default agreement and obligation types (beta) directly from the administration page to better reflect your organization's needs. Remove irrelevant options to avoid confusion and create a cleaner experience for your users.
[Beta] Attach documents to obligations
Add context and clarity to your obligations by attaching relevant documents, like invoices, reports, or any supporting files.
Add existing meetings to opportunities
You can now link existing meetings directly to an opportunity from the Meetings tab, no need to create a new one each time. The Create button is now Add, letting you search and select existing meetings, just like you do with contacts.
This improvement helps you save time by staying in the opportunity tab, linking key meetings without switching screens. This way, you can prepare faster, especially helpful for last-minute triage before important review sessions.
Track more obligation and milestone-related events on the agreement activity stream
You can now see the record of the following events in the activity stream of agreements to track the history of obligations and milestones better:
When the obligation or milestone's status changes.
When the forecasted date of a milestone is modified.
When an external contact role is modified. In this case, the contact activity stream has also been updated.
When an internal contact role is modified. In this case, the contact activity stream has also been updated.
Track the responsible internal party in agreements
For Deal Advanced plan users
You can now add a new Responsible internal party field to your agreement pages. This field informs about the internal team member or department responsible for part or all of the agreement.
