What's new

[Beta] Make folders restricted in opportunities and agreements

You can now further restrict access to individual folders inside opportunities and agreements. The content of restricted folders will not be searchable to users who do not have access to them.

Evaluations are now accessible directly from the agreement and alliance overview pages, so you can review evaluation outcomes without leaving your current context.

What's enhanced

Session-based filter and column memory

Your last applied filters and column settings are now remembered as you navigate between the listers within the same session. This applies across all hubs: Initiatives, Opportunities, Agreements, Alliances, Obligations, Companies, Contacts, and Meetings.

Easier navigation in listers

You can now click directly on any item in the list, and the side panel stays open. It is now faster to move through your list to update or triage records during meetings. It applies to Opportunities, Agreements, Alliances, Obligations, Meetings, Contacts, and Companies.

What's fixed

Pagination buttons no longer pushed down in the opportunity and obligation hubs

The pagination controls at the bottom of the opportunity hub and obligation hub are now correctly anchored and no longer displaced by the active filters section.

Better matching with Pharmaprojects records at creation

When creating a company record, Deal no longer suggests creating a new company if an exact match is found in Pharmaprojects.

Asset search from external sources restored

When searching for a new asset from Cortellis or Pharmaprojects on a existing company, internal and external results are now displayed correctly.

Company deletion now blocked when linked to an alliance

Deleting a company that is associated with an alliance is now correctly prevented. In this case, the delete action is disabled with a tooltip displayed.

Mandatory fields on agreement creation

It’s no longer possible to create agreements without mandatory fields filled in.
